धामी मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार और फेरबदल की प्रतीक्षा जल्द समाप्त हो सकती है। मकर संक्रांति के बाद जनवरी के दूसरे पखवाड़े में भाजपा हाईकमान इस पर निर्णय ले सकता है। वर्तमान में पांच मंत्री पद रिक्त हैं। यह विस्तार 2027 विधानसभा चुनावों की रणनीतिक तैयारी का हिस्सा होगा, जिसमें प्रो-इनकंबेंसी पर जोर रहेगा। बजट सत्र से पहले विधायकों की किस्मत खुल सकती है।
पुष्कर सिंह धामी मंत्रिमंडल में विस्तार और फेरबदल को लेकर वेट एंड वाच की स्थिति समाप्त हो सकती है। नये वर्ष के पहले माह में अब मकर संक्रांति यानी दूसरे पखवाड़े में भाजपा हाईकमान के इस बारे में निर्णय लेने के संकेत हैं। संसद का बजट सत्र प्रारंभ होने से पहले मंत्रिमंडल में रिक्त सीटों पर विधायकों की लाटरी खुल सकती है।
धामी मंत्रिमंडल में वर्तमान में पांच सीट रिक्त हैं। मंत्रिमंडल की कुल 12 सीट में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के साथ छह मंत्री हैं। मंत्रिमंडल की पांचवीं सीट गत वर्ष मार्च माह में कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल के त्यागपत्र के कारण रिक्त हुई थी। वर्ष 2022 में मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने जब शपथ ली थी तो उनके मंत्रिमंडल में तीन स्थान रिक्त थे।
अप्रैल, 2023 में कैबिनेट मंत्री चंदन राम दास के निधन के बाद मंत्रिमंडल में रिक्त स्थान की संख्या बढ़कर चार हो गई थी। रिक्त हुए दो मंत्री पदों के विभागों का जिम्मा मुख्यमंत्री धामी के पास ही है। उनके पास वर्तमान में 35 से अधिक विभाग हैं।
मंत्रिमंडल में संभावित विस्तार और फेरबदल वर्ष 2027 में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव की रणनीतिक तैयारी को ध्यान में रख कर होगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं भाजपा हाईकमान का पूरा जोर प्रो इनकंबेंसी पर है। ऐसे में एंटी इनकंबेंसी को उभारने की विपक्ष की कोशिशों को लेकर अतिरिक्त सतर्कता बरती जा रही है।
अगले विधानसभा चुनाव में अब कम समय शेष है। इससे पहले भाजपा हाईकमान ने प्रदेश से लेकर जिलों में पार्टी संगठन में परिवर्तन को प्राथमिकता दी है। अब मात्र प्रदेश कार्यसमिति का गठन शेष है।
केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार आगामी एक फरवरी से नये बजट सत्र में व्यस्त हो जाएगी। इसके बाद प्रदेश सरकार भी नये बजट सत्र की तैयारी प्रारंभ करेगी। माना जा रहा है कि प्रदेश में बजट सत्र आगामी फरवरी के दूसरे पखवाड़े या मार्च माह में हो सकता है।
ऐसे में धामी मंत्रिमंडल में विस्तार के साथ फेरबदल को लेकर चालू माह के दूसरे पखवाड़े में कदम बढ़ सकते हैं। इस महीने मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार नहीं होने की स्थिति में इसमें फिर लंबा समय लग सकता है। यह स्थिति न आने पाए, पार्टी के रणनीतिकार इस पर भी नजर बनाए हुए हैं।
