सोमवार को पहाड़ से मैदान तक सुबह से ही आसमान साफ रहा और धूप खिली रही। दून में भी धूप के कारण पारा सामान्य से करीब चार डिग्री सेल्सियस अधिक दर्ज किया गया। हरिद्वार और ऊधमसिंह नगर में घने कोहरे से जनजीवन प्रभावित है।रात को पारे में भारी गिरावट से सर्दी का सितम बढ़ गया है। उत्तर भारत में कोहरे के प्रकोप के चलते दून आने वाली उड़ानें भी प्रभावित हो रही हैं। सोमवार को देहरादून हवाई अड्डे पर आठ फ्लाइट देरी से पहुंचीं।
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, आज भी प्रदेशभर में मौसम शुष्क रहने का अनुमान है। तापमान सामान्य के आसपास बना रह सकता है, जबकि मैदानी इलाकों में सुबह के समय कोहरा छाने की आशंका है। राज्य के सभी जनपदों में आज बारिश या बर्फबारी की कोई संभावना नहीं है।
